Certification Liaison – CEMILAC/DGAQA (Combat Jet & Cryogenic Engines)

Scope of Work

We are seeking an experienced Certification Liaison with prior engagement with CEMILAC, DGAQA, or similar regulatory authorities to lead the airworthiness and quality assurance compliance efforts for our indigenous combat jet and cryogenic engine programs. This role will bridge engineering, manufacturing, and government bodies to ensure timely certification and audit readiness across programs.

Nature of Work

• Serve as the primary interface with CEMILAC, DGAQA, and relevant authorities
• Support and manage certification documentation, submission schedules, and approval cycles
• Ensure product and process compliance to military airworthiness standards
• Lead preparation and coordination for stage inspections and audits
• Review and guide development teams on documentation protocols, control plans, and traceability
• Support product testing (ground and flight) documentation and clearance workflows
• Participate in configuration control boards and maintain certification integrity across versions

Job Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or relevant legal/QA stream
• 5+ years of experience working with CEMILAC/DGAQA/DRDO/IAF or allied military certifying authorities
• Thorough understanding of airworthiness frameworks and defense quality assurance protocols
• Experience handling design approval processes for aerospace propulsion systems
• Strong documentation, tracking, and communication skills
• Familiarity with engine development lifecycle and relevant Indian Defence Standards (JSS, IS, MIL, etc.)

Eligibility

• Retired or deputed professionals from CEMILAC, DGAQA, or HAL are encouraged to apply
• Indian citizenship mandatory; must be eligible to work in defense programs
• Experience in fighter or high-performance propulsion programs will be preferred
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to indigenous defense development
