Executive Team Member – Combat Jet & Cryogenic Engines Division
Location: Pune, India (On-site / Hybrid Option Available)
Scope of Work
As a core member of the executive team, you will spearhead strategy, execution, and cross-functional coordination for our high-stakes propulsion programs—combat jet engines and cryogenic rocket propulsion. This role demands high-level decision-making, stakeholder engagement, program leadership, and technical-operations alignment to deliver indigenous engine systems aligned with national defense and space objectives.
Nature of Work
- Oversee development and commercialization strategies for jet and cryogenic engine programs
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams including engineering, quality, procurement, and test divisions
- Ensure compliance with DRDO, ISRO, MoD, and international defense regulations
- Build high-level partnerships with government, research labs, and OEMs
- Drive roadmap execution with ownership of budget, timelines, and risk mitigation
- Report directly to the Board and strategic stakeholders on program milestones
- Mentor technical program leaders and oversee talent acquisition for the division
- Coordinate IP strategy, technology transfer agreements, and certifications
Job Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech with MBA or M.E./Ph.D. in Aerospace, Mechanical, or related engineering fields
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in propulsion systems or high-complexity engineering programs
- Prior leadership experience in defense or space-tech R&D, ideally jet engines or cryogenic systems
- Strong understanding of program management methodologies (Agile, Stage-Gate, etc.)
- Experience working with DRDO, HAL, GTRE, ISRO, or global OEMs is highly desirable
- Proven record of driving innovation, managing risk, and delivering under pressure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at executive level

- Background verification and national security clearance mandatory
- Retired DRDO/GTRE/ISRO officers or corporate leaders with engine program experience are welcome
