Facility Manager – Jet & Cryogenic Engines Division

Scope of Work

We are seeking a Facility Manager to oversee the operational readiness, safety, and maintenance of critical infrastructure supporting our combat jet engine and cryogenic propulsion programs. This role includes facility expansion, contractor coordination, compliance assurance, and seamless support to R&D and testing operations. You will manage state-of-the-art laboratories, cleanrooms, power and cooling systems, and specialized engine testbeds.

Nature of Work

• Maintain operational readiness of engine assembly and test facilities
• Coordinate with engineering teams for infrastructure needs and upgrades
• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance of critical systems (HVAC, cryogenic storage, fire suppression)
• Vendor and contractor management for civil, electrical, and mechanical works
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards
• Support layout planning for new labs, engine mounts, and additive manufacturing zones
• Track facility usage and optimize resource allocation across teams
• Lead emergency preparedness drills and infrastructure audits

Job Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Facilities Engineering; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in facility management for manufacturing, aerospace, or R&D environments
• Familiarity with cryogenic systems, cleanroom standards, and industrial safety protocols
• Working knowledge of ISO, ASHRAE, or NABL facility requirements
• Experience managing CAPEX and OPEX budgets
• Strong leadership, documentation, and project tracking skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, regulated environments
