Finance Officer – Jet & Cryogenic Engines Division

Scope of Work

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Officer to manage the financial operations of our Combat Jet Engine and Cryogenic Propulsion Systems divisions. You will be responsible for budgeting, fund allocation, audit compliance, financial forecasting, cost optimization, and supporting techno-financial decisions in our high-value R&D programs and supply chain operations.

Nature of Work

• Prepare and oversee capital and operational budgets for engine programs
• Track expenses, fund utilization, and variance analysis across departments
• Coordinate with technical teams for resource planning and funding milestones
• Ensure compliance with government grants, defense procurement norms, and audit requirements
• Manage internal reporting dashboards for project-wise financial performance
• Support cost modeling for indigenous versus imported alternatives
• Liaise with banks, investors, and funding partners for program financing
• Contribute to pricing strategies for export and domestic sales

Job Requirements

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
• 3+ years of experience in financial operations or management accounting (experience in aerospace/defense preferred)
• Strong grasp of budgeting, fund flow, and cost control in high-tech or manufacturing sectors
• Familiarity with government defense programs, Make-in-India funding schemes, and DPEPP guidelines is a plus
• Proficiency in ERP tools (SAP, Tally Prime, Zoho Books, etc.)
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Clear communication and report presentation abilities
