Integration Team – Combat Jet & Cryogenic Engine Programs

Location: Pune, India (Onsite with cross-functional collaboration)

Scope of Work

The Integration Team plays a pivotal role in coordinating multidisciplinary subsystems within our indigenous combat jet engine and cryogenic propulsion programs. This role involves managing design validation, technical workflows, and interdepartmental synergy between design, testing, manufacturing, and certification verticals to ensure delivery of mission-ready powerplants under stringent timelines and defense standards.

Nature of Work

  • Coordinate integration across mechanical, electrical, control, and thermal systems for both jet and cryogenic engines
  • Track technical dependencies and resolve cross-functional design conflicts
  • Oversee system-level testing and data acquisition integration with test teams
  • Conduct regular program reviews with engineering leads and stakeholders
  • Manage configuration control and documentation of system interfaces
  • Ensure TRL advancement and compliance to aerospace standards (e.g., MIL-STD, AS9100D)
  • Support in building engine prototypes and overseeing integration rigs and full system mockups

Job Requirements

  • B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in aerospace propulsion, system integration, or complex product development
  • Working knowledge of engine system architecture, FADEC, sensors, and fuel delivery systems
  • Experience in managing requirements across lifecycle stages (V&V, qualification, compliance)
  • Familiarity with software tools like DOORS, Teamcenter, or Jira for requirements tracking
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical discussions
  • Hands-on understanding of jet engine or cryogenic propulsion systems is a strong plus

Eligibility

  • Indian citizens or those legally authorized to work in India
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborative project delivery
  • Previous experience in aerospace, defense, or propulsion system projects preferred
  • Commitment to indigenous defense development and system-level excellence
