Product Support – Combat Jet & Cryogenic Engines

Scope of Work

We are looking for a dedicated Product Support Manager to coordinate lifecycle support, maintenance logistics, user training, and field performance monitoring of combat jet and cryogenic rocket engine programs. This role will bridge engineering, manufacturing, and field operations to ensure sustained performance and customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle.

Nature of Work

• Develop and manage Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) frameworks for combat and rocket engines
• Coordinate field-level diagnostics, repair logistics, and overhaul planning
• Act as key liaison with defense agencies, maintenance depots, and mission operators
• Monitor engine performance, reliability KPIs, and support fleet readiness reporting
• Ensure smooth transition from development to deployment with full documentation support
• Create product manuals, maintenance schedules, and user training materials
• Facilitate root-cause analysis in the event of field issues or failures
• Support export readiness, documentation compliance, and post-delivery service contracts

Job Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Production Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in product support, MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul), or ILS
• Familiarity with defense logistics systems, IETMs, and MIL-STD documentation
• Experience working with jet propulsion systems, gas turbines, or cryogenic pumps
• Project management certification (PMP or PRINCE2) is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Willingness to travel to operational bases, test sites, or launch pads as needed

Eligibility

• Indian citizens with valid security clearance or eligibility to obtain one
• Previous work with defense PSUs or aerospace MROs will be considered advantageous
• Candidates with a deep sense of ownership and systems thinking are preferred
