Project Coordinator – Jet & Cryogenic Engine Programs

Scope of Work

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage program execution and coordination for our indigenous combat jet and cryogenic engine initiatives. This role will be pivotal in ensuring timely deliverables, aligning multidisciplinary teams, and communicating program progress with internal stakeholders and government partners.

Nature of Work

• Plan and monitor project timelines, resources, and deliverables using project management tools
• Interface with engineering, manufacturing, quality, finance, and vendor teams to ensure task alignment
• Coordinate meetings, reviews, and milestone evaluations (PDR, CDR, ATP, etc.)
• Assist in proposal writing, documentation, and compliance for regulatory submissions
• Track risks, prepare mitigation plans, and escalate blockers when necessary
• Support budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor/vendor engagement
• Ensure cross-communication between the jet and cryogenic divisions where shared infrastructure or resources are involved

Job Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical, Aerospace, Production, or equivalent engineering discipline
• MBA in Project/Operations Management preferred (optional but advantageous)
• 2–6 years of experience in technical project coordination or engineering program management
• Strong familiarity with tools like MS Project, Jira, Monday.com, or Primavera
• Knowledge of aerospace or defense R&D project lifecycles and milestones is a major plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment with sensitive timelines

Eligibility

• Indian nationals or OCI card holders
• Preference given to candidates with prior work in aerospace or government-aligned programs (e.g. DRDO, ISRO, HAL)
• Demonstrated leadership or coordination experience in cross-functional engineering teams
