Stakeholder Liaison – Jet & Cryogenic Engine Divisions

Scope of Work

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Stakeholder Liaison to manage critical communications and engagement between our internal engineering teams and external stakeholders, including defense organizations, regulatory bodies, industrial collaborators, and government agencies. You will play a vital role in ensuring the alignment of project goals, compliance with regulations, and acceleration of decision-making in support of India’s indigenous engine development efforts.

Nature of Work

• Facilitating smooth communication between technical teams and defense sector clients (e.g., DRDO, MoD, ISRO)
• Scheduling and managing joint program reviews, project updates, and compliance audits
• Drafting official documentation, technical reports, and stakeholder presentations
• Monitoring regulatory and defense procurement trends impacting program trajectory
• Supporting tender submissions, MoUs, and collaborative agreements
• Maintaining stakeholder relationship databases and action trackers
• Coordinating site visits, customer inspections, and policy meetings

Job Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Business Administration, Public Policy, or related fields
• 2–6 years of experience in stakeholder management or program coordination in aerospace, defense, or high-tech industries
• Strong understanding of defense R&D ecosystem and procurement frameworks in India
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
• Proficiency in MS Office, stakeholder CRMs, and project management tools
• Ability to handle confidential, high-level communications with discretion
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams

Eligibility

• Indian citizens or OCI holders eligible to work in India
• Experience working with MoD, DRDO, ISRO, HAL, or other government stakeholders is a strong advantage
• Passion for supporting national defense and aerospace innovation
