Training Lead – Jet & Cryogenic Engines Division

Location: Pune, India (Hybrid Available)

Scope of Work

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Lead to drive workforce development in our advanced propulsion divisions—covering combat jet engines and cryogenic rocket engines. The role involves designing and executing technical and leadership development programs, collaborating with engineering and HR teams, and ensuring continuous learning aligned with aerospace quality and safety standards.

Nature of Work

  • Develop and manage end-to-end training programs across engineering, safety, quality, and compliance domains
  • Collaborate with SMEs to create domain-specific modules for gas turbines and cryogenic systems
  • Organize onboarding bootcamps and continuous upskilling initiatives for technical and managerial staff
  • Implement AR/VR and simulation-based learning environments where applicable
  • Track learning outcomes using KPIs and feedback systems
  • Ensure training aligns with military, ISRO, and DRDO standards and global aerospace practices
  • Manage relationships with external training partners, academic institutions, and certifying agencies

Job Requirements

  • B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Aerospace, Mechanical, or related discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR or Education Management is a plus)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical training or L&D in aerospace/defense or high-tech manufacturing sectors
  • Strong understanding of propulsion systems, manufacturing workflows, and aerospace safety protocols
  • Experience with digital learning tools, LMS platforms, and AR/VR training solutions
  • Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills
  • Ability to inspire teams, create learning culture, and adapt programs to evolving tech needs

  • Indian nationals or those eligible to work in India
  • Individuals with defense R&D background or DRDO/ISRO training experience will be given preference
