  • Operate and maintain metal 3D printers (EOS, SLM Solutions, Renishaw, or equivalent)
  • Support build planning, powder handling, post-processing, and part inspection
  • Perform in-process monitoring and parameter tuning for dimensional and material accuracy
  • Collaborate with design engineers to iterate geometries for AM feasibility
  • Participate in mechanical testing and non-destructive evaluation of printed parts
  • Document build reports, deviations, and quality control logs

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Metallurgical Engineering
  • 2+ years of experience in metal additive manufacturing (SLM, EBM, DED, etc.)
  • Experience with CAD tools (SolidWorks, NX, or Fusion 360)
  • Basic understanding of metallurgy and thermal behavior of superalloys (IN718, Ti6Al4V, etc.)
  • Familiarity with additive slicing software (Materialise Magics, Siemens AM Build Processor, etc.)
  • Knowledge of powder safety protocols, AM machine calibration, and part finishing techniques
  • Hands-on experience with support removal, stress relief, HIP, and surface finishing preferred
  • Attention to detail and documentation discipline

Eligibility

  • Indian nationals or OCI card holders eligible to work in India
  • Technicians and engineers passionate about cutting-edge aerospace hardware
  • Candidates from defense manufacturing, space, or AM-focused research projects are encouraged to apply
