- Integrate hardware and software for sensor acquisition, actuator control, and safety interlocks
- Develop and validate communication protocols (CAN, RS485, ARINC, MIL-STD-1553)
- Work on embedded Linux/RTOS platforms for mission-critical systems
- Collaborate with thermal, mechanical, and AI teams to ensure robust system integration
- Assist in development of Digital Twin interfaces for hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) validation
- Design fault-tolerant, fail-operational control architectures
- Contribute to cybersecurity and secure boot protocols for aerospace-grade systems
Job Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Embedded Systems, Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in embedded systems development (Freshers with solid project/research exposure welcome)
- Hands-on experience with ARM Cortex/Microcontroller-based systems
- Proficiency in C/C++, real-time debugging, and firmware optimization
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink or model-based design tools
- Understanding of control theory and its application to propulsion systems
- Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD, and DevOps practices
- Preferred: Experience with AI/ML model deployment on edge devices (e.g. Nvidia Jetson, STM32 AI)
Eligibility
- Indian nationals or those eligible to work in India
- Strong interest in indigenous aerospace and defense development
- Preference given to candidates with project experience in avionics, propulsion, or HIL simulations
- Security clearance or willingness to undergo background verification for defense-sensitive work
